079-1220-7525, Smith and Wesson Old Model 2 Army, favorite side arm of officers during the Civil War. .32 RF, 6 shot, with 5 inch barrel. 11xxx well within the civil war range. 80% grip varnish, strong traces of original blue in protected places. Early 3 pin frame. Functional with slight play in cylinder, and slight play in top hinge. Patches of surface residue and light handling marks. Very good and less common 5 inch barrel. Rifled bore with with scattered shallow spotting the length of the bore. Very good overall.
